HANDYMAN/PERSON CONTRACTOR (1 Dec 2025)
Currawarna Assisted Living Facility is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman/person Contractor to support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our facility. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, and we are looking for a contractor who shares our commitment to quality and care.
Contract Position:
This is a contract role, with ongoing work available based on performance and facility needs.
Scope of Work May Include:
General repairs and maintenance
Minor carpentry, painting, and patching
Fixing fixtures, fittings, and equipment
Assisting with small projects and improvements around the facility
Requirements:
Must hold an ABN
Must have own public liability insurance
Must hold a current Police Check
Own tools and equipment
Proven handyman/person or maintenance experience
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

GARDENER CONTRACTOR (01 Dec 2025)
Currawarna Assisted Living Facility is seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener Contractor to help maintain our beautiful outdoor spaces. Our gardens play a vital role in creating a peaceful, homely, and uplifting environment for our residents, and we are looking for someone who can help keep them thriving.
Contract Position:
This is a contract role, with ongoing work available based on performance and facility needs.
Contract Role Includes:
General garden and grounds maintenance
Lawn mowing, edging, and watering
Pruning, planting, and seasonal garden care
Weed and pest management
Maintaining tidy, safe, and resident-friendly outdoor areas
Requirements:
Must hold an ABN
Must have own public liability insurance
Must hold a current Police Check
Own tools and equipment
Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
